Despite my family roots of farming, and the passion for dance, seeing the world has won.

 

My hospitality career started by joining the Budapest Marriott Hotel, and I immediately fall in love with the endless possibility this industry can offer around the world. 

 

I believe everyone needs a vision for their lives and have a plan with goals to accomplish their destiny. I spent 17 years with Marriott International, a company that has given me every opportunity I could've dreamed of. As soon as I joined the industry, I created a plan to grow my career, climb the corporate latter, and ultimately become a US Citizen.

 

I can proudly say three of my life goals accomplished when I learned English, when I became a General Manager the first time and when I received my American Naturalization.

I have ten years of General Manager experience in the Hospitality Industry, with diverse product and service knowledge. Demonstrating skills to implement innovative strategies to drive top-line revenue, grow market share, and maximize profitability. 

 

I am committed to creating an inclusive and diverse work environment with a passion for motivating and training employees to achieve their best potential.
